Teacher’s Conduct: Teachers are expected to always speak and interact respectfully with
students. They should never speak in a manner that demeans a student. Under NO

to be engaged and attentive during the session.
Student’s Conduct: Students are expected to login and be active during the entire session and receive instruction from their teachers. If a student routinely demonstrates behavior such as refusing to take instruction, distracting others in the class, the teacher may require a parent or guardian to sit in during the lessons.
Student Level: Teacher will determine the appropriate level for the student based on teacher’s assessment of the student.
Fees and Billing: Invoices are emailed at the end of each month for the upcoming month depending upon your payment plan that you have selected during signup.
Payments: Payment is due at the first lesson of the month. A 5% late fee will be charged if payment is
not received by the 15th of the month. Payment can be made from Kacaaki.com using paypal.

Absentee Policy: No make-up class will be offered if a student misses a class given the curriculum/flow of the class. Students are responsible for completing the week’s homework.
Network Related Closings: If a lesson is missed due to the network connection of the teacher not functioning for any reason, we will coordinate with the teacher and the students for make-up class. If it cannot be arranged for any reason, the tuition for that session will be refunded.
Holiday Closings: There will not be classes during Dashain and Tihar.
Substitute Teachers: The School may use substitute instructors to cover for teachers who must have missed lessons. If a substitute teacher cannot be arranged, monthly fees will be prorated (reduced) to reflect the missed lesson.
